Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
BridgeWorks respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We operate from Budapest, Hungary, and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide through our contact, discovery, audit, and newsletter forms. This can include your name, email address, company, website, business stage, answers, and message. Our hosting and security logs may record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time. Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept optional analytics.
How we use your data
Enquiry submissions are used to assess and answer your request, prepare for a call, route follow-up, and keep an accountable lead record. Newsletter data is used only for the requested newsletter. Technical logs are used for security and troubleshooting. Consent-based analytics is used to understand which pages help visitors. We do not use this data for advertising or sell it.
Data storage and security
Enquiry submissions are stored in BridgeWorks' restricted Google Workspace lead register and synchronised to HubSpot CRM for contact routing. Website infrastructure is hosted by Vercel. Technical logs are retained only as needed for security and troubleshooting. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Cookies
The site stores your cookie preference so it can remember your choice. Google Analytics and its optional analytics storage are not loaded unless you select Accept. Declining does not limit access to the site. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Legal bases and consent
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request and, where the form asks for it, on the basis of your clear consent. Newsletter and optional analytics processing rely on separate consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing office@bridgeworks.agency. Analytics consent can also be withdrawn through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
Your rights under GDPR
As a data subject in the EU, you have the right to: Access the personal data we hold about you. Request correction of inaccurate data. Request deletion of your data. Object to processing of your data. Request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email office@bridgeworks.agency.
Third-party services
We use Google Workspace for the lead register and business records, HubSpot for contact management, Cal.com for booking, Google Calendar and Google Meet for meetings, Vercel for website hosting, and Google Analytics only after optional analytics consent. Each service operates under its own privacy terms and data-processing obligations.
Data retention
If no engagement begins, enquiry records are reviewed for deletion within 6 months. If an engagement begins, relevant business records may be retained for the duration of the relationship and any legally required period. You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time.
